Regarding SDI and MBTI

The descriptions are of a typical person of the cluster and every single description describes me more or less my personality. The descriptions that don't fit with my personality is excluded.
SDI - Strength Deployment Inventory
Red-Green
SDI provides team members with clues about how to improve relationships; clues to who you are, who I am and how we can have a rewarding relationship. It does not measure performance but acts as a mirror reflecting back those behaviors we find rewarding. It allows discovery of what motivates and drives us, what contributes to our self worth. It can show us how to create rewarding relationships, and reveals how other team members would like to be treated.
