I want to take up challenges because I want to develop as a person. I am open to solving problems that I don’t know the answer to. I feel that this is a motivating way to learn. I feel personally committed to the work at hand, if I’m assigned to a task I’m determined to fulfill it. I don’t give up if I run into setbacks instead I struggle on and try to find new ways to solve the task.
I see myself in a not too big company, or part of an organization, that works within customer service and/or service production, B2B or B2C. I enjoy working in a leading position. I’m full of ideas, good at structuring work and I’m in for 100 percent.
I like to take responsibility and when I get the groups trust I try to see to the whole group’s best interests - but not to lose sight of the economical goals either. This might not always be so easy and sometimes it’s a real challenge. I consider myself as loyal, dedicated and positively driven. I constantly set up new goals for myself and the group that I’m working in and strive to meet them. If I fail I give it another go.
What I can offer you and your company, are my experiences as coworker, colleague and manager – experiences that I have acquired over time and with effort. I’m looking forward to be able to share the experiences of my colleagues. In addition to my social competence I have an ability to oversee processes and the organization without forgetting the details.
